Global Fund of Africa Launches US$1 Billion Fundraising Campaign Ahead of Ottawa Replenishment Conference
The 2027–2030 campaign sets a US$1 billion resource-mobilization goal to support locally led, high-impact initiatives across Africa.

Global Fund of Africa has launched One Africa. One Shared Future., a campaign with a goal to mobilize US$1 billion for the 2027–2030 period. The campaign is designed to support locally led solutions and meaningful participation by African organizations and communities in setting priorities and delivering impact.
“Africa’s future requires ambition, partnership and action. Our goal is to mobilize US$1 billion for 2027–2030 to support lasting impact across African communities.”
Nine areas of focus
The campaign brings together nine established program areas. The UN Sustainable Development Goals serve as a cross-cutting alignment framework, not a tenth program area.

- Clean Water & Sanitation
- Humanitarian & Disaster Response

Ottawa Replenishment Conference
The First Replenishment Conference of Global Fund of Africa will take place on December 18, 2026 at Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa, Canada under the theme “Mobilizing Capital for Africa’s Future.” The conference will present the replenishment case and advance institutional partnerships toward the campaign goal.
US$1 billion is a fundraising and resource-mobilization goal. It is not an amount already raised, pledged, secured or committed. Conference sponsorship is separate and does not automatically count toward the goal.
